    Informative video, thanks. But as a California native i can say that $800/month for rent (weird that you said weekly rates, maybe that’s UK custom?) is unheard of unless you want to live in an area with extremely low quality of life where there is no education to be had. In the Los Angeles and SF areas where the best universities are the lowest rent you’ll find for a one bed/one bath is $1,500+/month if you’re lucky.
