Indian Student in USA | Biggest REGRETS at Georgia Tech | Studying Abroad in America

In this video, I open up about my biggest regrets while studying abroad in the USA as an Indian student. I went to Georgia Tech for my Bachelor's Degree in 2011, which was also my first time in America.

As an international student, while I did a lot of the right things to feel at home in the USA, there are other things that I regret doing or not doing. I comprehensively explain what exactly I would have done differently if I could start college in the USA as an Indian student all over again.

If you're an incoming college student in the USA or anywhere in the world or are currently a college student and have a fair bit of time left before you graduate, the points that I discuss might be good food for thought for you.

A brief background about me: I graduated as an Industrial Engineer from the Georgia Institute of Technology in December 2015. I did a ‘winternship’ with Goldman Sachs in early 2016 which was followed by a 4-month full-time spell with Deutsche Bank in Jacksonville, Florida. I jumped ship from Deutsche Bank to Goldman Sachs in July 2016. While at Goldman Sachs, I spent 18 months in their Securities (Sales & Trading) Division followed by 8 months in their Investment Banking Division (Global Industrial Group). I am now back in Kolkata (India) creating content as a freelancer and a hobbyist and helping college students and young adults become the best versions of themselves.

Hi Anubhav ! Can I get some tips on how can I apply for universities in USA considering that I belong to a commerce background and wish to pursue masters directly after bachelors without any job experience ?

Greeks only have higher GPAs because of business students and because they share word (filthy cheaters). 😛
Glad to see you’re enjoying making videos, Anubhav! I enjoy your humor.
